What to Expect
Enrollment Process
In January each year, we open our online enrollment. This online Preschool and Kindergarten Program Inquiry Form will hold your ‘place in line’ until you finalize your decision (visit one of our Open Houses, attend a walk through).
Once we have completed the initial enrollment period in early February, you will receive an email confirming your child’s spot. At this time you will pay a $200 deposit to secure your spot for the 2024-25 school year. This is not a fee and the amount will be applied to your first invoice as a credit. Spots will be offered in the order of enrollment, however you are welcome to pay your deposit and secure your spot at any time.
This deposit, once paid, will secure your place in next Fall’s class. Once your enrollment is finalized you are all set! We will keep you updated on important information for the coming year including paperwork, dates, etc.
Scheduling Options
We offer a Morning Preschool and All Day Preschool session as well as All Day Private and Olentangy wrap around Kindergarten and Half Day Kindergarten Enrichment.
Extended Day Hours
Brightpath offers an early morning drop off beginning at 7:30am and an extended day that will run until 5pm or 5:30pm for Preschool and 6pm for school age children.

Transportation Options
We will evaluate our mid-day transportation options based on enrollment for the 2024-25 school year. . If your child attends Fouse Elementary we are within their bus route and they will provide mid-day transportation to and from Brightpath. Please reach out with any questions or to discuss your individual situation.
UPDATE FOR THE 2023-24 SCHOOL YEAR: Brightpath is not currently offerring mid-day transportation to the Elementary schools and ELC. We will continue to offer our morning and afternoon Kindergarten Enrichment sessions with parent provided transportation. If your child attends Fouse Elementary we are within their bus route and they will provide mid-day transportation to and from Brightpath.
Brightpath will continue to offer Afterschool pickup transportation. Please reach out with any questions or to discuss your individual situation.
We welcome children from all areas, schools and homeschoolers. However, parents will be responsible for transportation mid-day.
Depending on enrollment, it is sometimes possible to add schools to our transport list for Afterschool. If you are interested in transportation for Afterschool and your child’s school is not on this list, please call us to inquire.
